Accepted payment methods

PayPal Sign in to PayPal to complete payment using your PayPal balance or linked funding sources within PayPal.
credit/debit cards Enter your card details at checkout. Your card is processed securely.
Stripe Select Stripe at checkout to pay securely. Card details are handled by Stripe.
Airwallex Select Airwallex at checkout to pay securely. The transaction is handled by Airwallex.

Currency and taxes

All prices are in USD. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you place the order.

Checkout security, in plain terms

  • Your payment information is protected by encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) from your device to our payment providers.
  • We don’t store full card numbers or security codes on our storefront.
  • Payments are completed through trusted third‑party processors.

If your payment fails

  1. Double‑check your card number, expiry date, and CVC.
  2. Make sure the billing address (including ZIP/postcode) matches what your card issuer has on file.
  3. Confirm your name and address formatting exactly as on your statement.
  4. Try another method: PayPal, credit/debit cards, Stripe, or Airwallex.
  5. Try a different browser or a private/incognito window, and disable VPN/ad‑blockers temporarily.
  6. Contact your bank or PayPal to approve the transaction or check for a hold.

Billing address must match

For card payments, the billing address you enter must match the address your card issuer has on record. Mismatches can cause declines even when funds are available.

Troubleshooting

  • “Do not honor” or “generic decline”: Try the same card again later or use another method; then check with your bank.
  • Address/ZIP mismatch: Update the billing address to match your statement exactly.
  • 3‑D Secure or bank verification prompt didn’t load: Refresh the page or try a different browser and attempt the payment again.
