Destination availability

We ship to the destinations shown as available at checkout. If an address can’t be serviced, we’ll notify you and cancel the order or help you choose an alternative where possible.

Split shipments

Your order may ship in more than one package to get items to you faster. If that happens, each package may have its own tracking number and delivery timeline.

Tracking updates

We’ll email you tracking details after dispatch. Carriers can take 24–48 hours to register a first scan, so tracking may show limited movement during that window.

Possible delays

Events outside our control—such as severe weather, customs inspections, or carrier network disruptions—may extend delivery time.

Address accuracy

Please review your shipping address at checkout. We aren’t able to recover orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us by the carrier, we’ll assist with reshipment to a corrected address; additional shipping costs may apply.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or the last tracking update for lost parcels). Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item, if applicable, so we can help quickly.
