What qualifies for a return

Item condition requirements

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • All original tags attached
  • In original packaging where possible
  • No stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear

Photos we need to assess your request

  • Clear, well‑lit close‑up of the issue (if defective/damaged)
  • Photo of the size tag
  • Full front and back photos of the item

How to start a return or exchange

  1. Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number in the subject line.
  3. Tell us the reason (see eligible reasons above) and your preferred resolution (refund or exchange).
  4. Attach the required photos.
  5. Wait for our reply with approval and next steps.

Who pays for return shipping?

Exchanges

Prefer a different size or color? If the item is in stock, we’ll set up an exchange once your return is received and approved. If the requested item isn’t available, we’ll process a refund instead.

What we can’t accept

  • Items that are worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items missing original tags
  • Returns with only minor cosmetic variations (like slight color differences due to lighting/monitor settings)

Approvals and timelines

  • Approval and instructions are sent by email. We reply within 1–2 business days.
  • After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit.
  • No restocking fees. Original shipping is refunded only when Fayezee is at fault (see table above).
