How do I place an order?

Pick your style, select your size and color, then add to cart. Head to checkout, enter your shipping details, choose a payment method, review everything, and place your order. You’ll see prices in USD and any applicable taxes at checkout.

What happens after checkout?

We’ll email you an order confirmation right away. Your order moves to processing and is prepared within our standard handling time of 1-1 business days. Once it ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking.

How do I pick the right size?

I’m between sizes—what should I do?

If you’re between sizes, choosing the larger size often gives a more comfortable fit, especially in non-stretch fabrics. Prefer a closer fit? Stay with the smaller size. And if it doesn’t work out, you can return within 30 days from delivery.

The standard shipping fee is $6.99 per order. Standard handling time is 1-1 business days. Standard transit time is 2-5 business days.

How do I track my shipment?

As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation that includes your tracking details. Tracking updates appear once the carrier scans your package.

Returns

What is your return window and what do I need to start a return?

You can return items within 30 days from delivery. Items should be in their original condition. Include your order number and the reason for return when you contact us to begin.

When will I receive my refund?

After your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed in 5-7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5-10 business days to post the credit to your statement.
