Our approach to intellectual property

Fayezee respects intellectual property. We review and act on valid copyright complaints, remove or disable the reported material when appropriate, and notify the user who posted it. We may also share the contents of a notice or counter-notice with the other party so they understand and can respond.

Filing a notice (copyright owners and agents)

To be effective under the DMCA, your notice must include all of the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list of such works at a single online location.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (for example, the exact URL on kuntshirt.fayezee.com).
  4. Your contact information: full name, organization (if applicable), mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  5.
