Your cancellation window

You can request a cancellation up to 2 hours after you place your order. The window is based on the timestamp in your order confirmation email.

Once an order enters processing

We move fast so your size and style are secured. Our standard handling time is 1-1 business days. After your order enters processing, we can’t guarantee cancellation. If the package has already shipped, it can’t be canceled.

How to request a cancellation

1. Email [email protected] from the address used at checkout.
2. Use the subject line: Cancellation Request – Order #[your order number].
3. Include: order number, full name, shipping address, and a brief reason for cancellation.
4. We’ll review your order status and email you a confirmation of approval or next steps.

Refunds for approved cancellations

If your cancellation is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (PayPal, credit/debit cards, Stripe, Airwallex) in USD. Refunds are processed in 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank or provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Address accuracy is your responsibility

Please double-check your shipping address before paying. Because we begin processing quickly (standard handling time: 1-1 business days), we’re often unable to change addresses once an order is in progress or shipped.
